Definition of Workplace Anxiety

Workplace anxiety is the feeling of stress, uneasiness, or nervousness about work. This could be anxiety about your performance at work, upcoming deadlines, public speaking at the workplace, or simply interacting with other employees.

  • Short deadlines on projects
  • Inability to control your work
  • A toxic or competitive work environment
  • Working on complex tasks daily

You shouldn’t ignore workplace anxiety. It is a disruptive problem that can affect your overall work performance and personal life.
